This development is comprised of the construction of 13 detached houses, with landscaped gardens, over 2 phases. The units have views of the estuary. PSP were appointed as Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and CDM co-ordinators.

A heavily contaminated site – the redevelopment included a large scale demolition, followed by an intensive decontamination contract.  The new build was an erection of 167 apartments, together with s38 and s278 works to form a new link road. PSP were appointed as Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors for the scheme.

The works entailed the conversion of a period house back into a single family home from flats. PSP were appointed as the employer’s agent and quantity surveyors for the scheme.

A new build student accommodation block on a gateway site in the centre of Exeter. 120 units in clusters together with common space, admin spaces and a cafe.

Remediation of former petrol station. Demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment of the site to provide 17 residential units, comprised of 7 houses and 10 flats, together with associated car parking & vehicular access and cycle parking. PSP were quantity surveyors, project managers and CDM Co-ordinators for the scheme.

Demolition of existing block of flats and erection of two pairs of very high quality semi-detached four-storey houses with basements, together with associated landscaping and car parking. PSP were Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor and CDM co-ordinators on this scheme.

Conversion of a property in the heart of Knightsbridge, from 17 bed sits into 9 self-contained studios, with associated mansard roof extension and rear first to fourth floor extensions, with internal and external alterations. PSP were quantity surveyors, employer’s agent and CDM co-ordinators for the scheme.

Complete remodelling and refurbishment of a commercial/industrial building into 16 flats. PSP were appointed as CA and quantity surveyors for the scheme.
