A complex scheme built behind retained facades, comprised of two levels of basement, ground to fifth floors and new roof level for the creation of a new 153 bedroom Hotel. PSP were appointed as EA and QS for the scheme.

Development of 90 small B1/B8 units on a rural site. Units were flexible, with variable mezzanine floors. Works included infrastructure and highways

A series of commercial units attached to a large scale residential development. Fit outs and tenants included gym, dentist, pub/restaurant, museum and offices. Each unit had a mezzanine floor installed into double height shell space.

Comprehensive refurbishment and internal remodelling to form open plan and cellular spaces to a pair of existing office buildings at Sunbury. PSP were Employer’s Agent for the scheme.

The development comprised the conversion, fitting out & refurbishment of a three storey office block into a Nursery.  PSP were appointed as Employer’s Agent, Project Manager, Quantity Surveyors and CDM co-ordinators.

Comprehensive remodel of the offices for a major media company.  The works included the complete refurbishment of the existing offices and an entire Cat B fit out as well as the introduction of an atrium cafe. PSP were Contract Administrators for the scheme.

This development comprises the redevelopment of a former caravan park into a holiday complex with 123 holiday homes and a central amenity building with infinity pools and leisure facilities. The site is 20 acres off Carbis Bay at St Ives. PSP are Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors for the development.

This scheme comprised the construction of a wedding venue, including a ceremony barn and conversion of Castle Barn into a wedding / conference venue. The scheme also included the careful restoration and refurbishment of an existing grade II listed building into a boutique hotel. PSP were appointed as Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers and Planning Supervisors.
